Another fab night

After a very early start (up at 6 to catch the train) I arrived in Edinburgh, did a little bit of shopping with my mum and Kathryn while 'the boys' played golf. We had a lovely meal at The Tower (on top of the Museum of Scotland) to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday. After brunch tomorrow we will hit the road to Yorkshire.

I took this photograph in the lift on the way out...caused a bit of hilarity as the first time we tried Jamie's head was chopped off. This is because his is a) stupidly taller than the rest of us and b) he has a ridiculously big head. The laughter this caused is the reason we're all a bit fuzzy in this photograph but it is also the reason I love it!
