Patio for the crazies

We are in a building full of lofts in Downtown LA and I am on the 5th floor. Directly across the way, there is a ledge with a chair outside. The ledge has no barriers whatsoever and there is a chair on it outside a window. Talk about fresh air. Scaaaaary!
