Le Escalier

My daughter and I were at Barnes and Noble, where I became interested in the escalator as I watched it through the metal bannister slats. I am pleased to have managed to blur the rail and catch just a portion of the moving metal disappearing steps.

I still kind of hold my breath just as most of us did as kids until safely off on motionless ground. Truly, I would like to see what the steps look like on the underside of the rotation. Or maybe I would rather it remain a mystery.
