What a beach of a day it was!

Today was going to have a blip at the beach. Once we set off, I had to take a photo of some shaggy old shed on the way, yes I know.....

That was when I got the message; can't record, no card!! What do you mean no card? Was I really that foggy minded that I left the card in the laptop? Yep!

So, we did continue to the beach, I couldn't help but noticing many beautiful blip opportunities and......had to let it slide. The colours of the ocean were all sorts of blue and green, the sand was shining from the water retreating, many gorgeous shells, boys getting wet, collecting shells, massaging feet in sand,.....
It was all too nice and exciting to have a tantrum over the forgotten card so I bugged my boys at home.

Taking marco's of their ears, eyes and hair until they started putting shells on their eyes...... Organizing and re-organizing shells for a blip. This one came out on top after wetting it again which really brings out the detail.

Next job for Sunday; baking cookies for lunch boxes, yep, the school holidays are over. I feel their pain ; )
