Forest time

After a couple of weeks of walking or doing non triathlon stuff, I went out for a run today and it felt great to be doing it, if a bit hard! I had to watch out for the forest animals at the end - lots of piglets running around, with rings on their noses. I dont know why they have rings on their noses.. Any ideas!? ;)
