Productive morning

10:30am and the car is washed and tided inside, piles more Prison break converted to play on the ipad and 2 cups of coffee drunk already, just about to go make my 3rd of the morning.

After the 3rd coffee its time to replace the pads on my Full suspension bike and get my other one ready for Martin who is coming out on Tuesday for a night ride while up from London.
