It's been a while...

The lovely R & I have been out for a paddle this is us at the end (I'm in my boat ;-) ). Glorious autumn day with warm weather that meant no need for a dry cag... I even caught the sun a little, its October! Never have I paddled without a dry cag or any sort of cag in October before!!

Its been a while since I have been in my boat but I have a few weekends coming up Tanfield and Tyne Tour and I needed to get back in. It was good to be back in we did just over 2 miles doesn't sound a lot but its a nice enough distance on a Sunday afternoon using your arms! My only concern is my shoulder so I think more swimming is needed and hopefully that will help build it up otherwise I may struggle on the Tyne Tour.

I took the phone with me in a waterproof aquapac pouch (which I broke getting out of my boat!) and tracked our paddle using endomondo! Then took this before getting out.
