Summer again?

The tenth of October. People lying on the beach and even swimming in the sea. Today it was like summer never left.

Edit: some details on the location. This is the beach of Hoek van Holland at the estuary of the Maas. It is also the entrance to one of the world's largest ports (Rotterdam); hence the industrial features in the background. Also in the background is the pier.
