Food for thought

After work I headed over to Shoreditch Town Hall (a bit of a trek from Battersea) to help Anne with filming some interviews. She's making a documentary about the British Afghan Women's Society (BAWS) and wanted to get some interviews at an exhibition and launch of Nick Allen's book, Embed. The evening was also a fundraiser for BAWS and Help for Heroes.

It was an interesting evening and the basement of Shoreditch Town Hall provided an atmospheric venue. The women from BAWS provided the food for the evening and the table was soon cleared. Glad I blipped when I did.
