Organ Guts

This is another experiment with split toning and the subject is the pipes of an organ! I thought that the combination of the shiny/reflective pipes and the darkness of the inside of the cabinet provided a nice opportunity to experiment with this processing.

The organ is just a small one in a lecture room and is about 10 feet tall and only around 15 feet wide and makes a very interesting and somewhat haunting sound. I don't know a great deal about organs, however, so I cant give much more information on that front, unfortunately.

Still feeling rough but I need to go and practice - will be interesting to see how long I can play the sax for but I need to try, at least.
