Oatmeal

Was making tattie cakes for lunch and as there was a bag of oatmeal sitting in front of me I thought I'd coat them in that, rather than flour. Very tasty. Does need a big gutsy mature cheese in the tattie cakes to hold it's own with the strong flavour of the oats.
