Kicking Stones

I had to go into Penzance for a sax lesson this afternoon and afterwards took a trip to the Promenade for a stroll in the lovely afternoon sun. It was great in October to see so many people sitting outside the hotels drinking coffee and beer but difficult to get over my reluctance to photograph people.

I did see these two though who had intentionally taken a detour from the Prom onto the sand just to kick a few stones and enjoy the beach.

One day I will get the courage to try real portraits, but not today.
