Assaulted Home and Faba beans

Since i didn't had anything to do, i went earlier to the canteen so i could get there in time to have a full plate of one of my favourite dishes: "faba beans with vegan chorizo. It's a portuguese tradicional dish. The parents of a ladyfriend of mine do a great "Favas guisandas" (Faba beans stew) that i'll never forget. maybe it's time for me to visit them! :D

Anyway, since i could only eat one plate, i went to a near by park to enjoy the sunlight with a happy belly. While at it, i called my brother to check up on him and was told a very sad news: my parents house was assaulted and the robber pointed a gun at my other brother.

Eventually the robber ran away and left my brother without any metal in his body, but everyone is now really scared. We have to thank to our sweet dog because she barked at the robber madly while he was looting my parents bedroom! yay for her!! Thats why my brother got alarmed, stepped out of the house and called the police. The funny thing is, he was on the garden yelling at the robber, calling him names.
But then the robber jumped out from the first floor and pointed a gun and replied back. gladly he was already across the pool.

To now, nothing is amiss. Everyday, during the daytime, the house is empty or someone is there but alone. the assault was really scary because he could had taken by surprise any of them.

The good news is we have a new dog ( a german sheppard) to keep company to Mini (yes she's the size of a big cat!, thus the name). Mini in size, Maxi in bravery!!

the other bad news is we have less trees. thats how they think we got in, by climbing the kiwifruit tree. And have now barber wire.

Sad times we came upon.

So instead of a photo of the beautiful trees in the sun at the garden, i leave you with dead leaves.
