Focus?

This cross is a little out of focus, but it serves to bring focus! On sat I bought this "holding cross" from Spurgeon's college while there for my course. The idea being that it is an aid to prayer. For some they might like to just hold it while they pray. For me it is aesthetically pleasing and something I just want to pick up and hold in my hand. Every time I pass it (it's lying in the kitchen now) it reminds me of Christ and I can send a little prayer to God about what's happening in my life, and what I am thankful for. A tool as I seek to keep a spiritual journal! The hope is it will remind me to pray more often!
