Fallen leaves

Lovely day today, I'd brought my lunch in with me so didn't need to go out but thought I'd go looking for a blip.

As I wasn't going in search of a sandwich, I didn't go through the underpass to the shops, I walked down the street parallel to the ring road. It is so quiet, not many cars use this road in the daytime, though it's busy in the rush-hour.

I liked the look of the leaves covering the pavement - I didn't quite have the courage (or the footwear!) to run down kicking the leaves up, maybe if I'd been wearing wellies I'd have done it ;o)
