Window (or is it?!)

There were a spate of arsons in my town of birth, Wisbech, a few months back. One casualty was The Phoenix Hotel. Everything is being done to prevent the rest of the old building being demolished & in the meantime the boarded up windows have been painted to make the frontage look in a slightly less state of disrepair. Nice idea :)
