A view from Jeanneb

Autumn view

These trees, which I have never noticed before, caught my eye today, and because of their great autumnal colour I also noticed their shape for the first time.

This view is across the top part of our school playing field. I also liked the seagulls gathered on the pitch (we are 70-80 miles from the sea!) and the newly cut grass at the top of the field, so here was my blip for today.

When I processed the shot I also noticed, in the far distance on the left, the historic Listers Mill chimney. This mill used to make quality velvets and is now an up market apartment block. On the right hand side, almost hidden in the trees, is Bradford Royal Infirmary or BRI.

It is amazing what you find yourself seeing when you blip!
