Dorset Cream Tea.

The Devonians serve their cream teas with the clotted cream on the bottom, jam on top (scones split in half).

The Cornish serve theirs with the jam underneath the cream.

We weren't sure what the protocol was around here, so we did one of each.

They were both delicious.
