Signature Salad

Made my favorite salad tonight. Its got pasta, baby rocket leaves, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, chilli pepper, sun dried tomatoes, olives, feta cheese sun flower seeds and a good bit of top notch olive oil. I made enough of this to feed me and my wife for two days. Love it. Yum.
