One Hand on the Wheel
I took this picture while driving down the road. Crazy, I know....one hand on the steering wheel, the other on the camera. I have been eyeballing this dilapidated barn for sometime, but the road is too narrow pull over and park. So this evening, after picking my son up from a robotics class, i checked to make sure no cars were coming on either of the road. I slowed down just a touch, rolled down the window, kept my eye on the road and clicked. Thankfully, one of the shots was a keeper. This old barn has been standing since I was child and I don't every remember it looking any better. I love the sparse roofing and weathered siding.
I just started reading a book called "Black and White in Photoshop CS4 and Lightroom."
My journal may be lacking color over the few weeks - we'll see how it goes.
I am a self proclaimed Blip evangelist :) I so appreciate the comments about my journal. Blip continues to be a highlight of my day - the work exhibited here on Blip is inspiring and enlightening. Thank you all!
