More Wellies

After dropping my daughter off at school this morning, my son and I returned home and ventured out for a walk. It is an incredibly fantastic foggy morning with dew drops covering absolutely everything. He rode his bike up and down dirt hills while I walked through the wet grass. We admired the cobwebs EVERYWHERE, the changing leaves, and the rotting apples on the ground the deer have been feasting on.

Though no one feels particularly well, we just had to get out and enjoy the fresh air. It is mornings like this I really appreciate where we live, and also appreciate how Blip has taught all of us to open our eyes and really see.

*I've decided to adopt the fantastic term wellies...it is so much better than "rain boots"....
