Rooftop Greenhouse?

Went over to Dunfermaline to get a couple of shelf units today and had to park on the roof of the shopping centre to collect them.
I was quite impressed with the 'greenhouse' up there.
No idea what it really is.

When putting the shelf units together daughter and Cygnet came calling.
He was being a bit fractious and grizzly - but every time I looked at him he stopped.
The boy is a quick learner (quicker than his mother and uncle that is for sure - maybe they have warned him)
