Plate O' Bacon

I went out to dinner with some friends tonight, and we decided to eat at one of the new restaurants in Bellevue called Lot No. 3. Well one of the appetizers (snacks as they call them) they had on the menu was the 'Plate O' Bacon' that included a sweet type and a savory. Obviously not a healthy selection, but how can you go wrong with bacon? So tasty and a fun night overall with good friends!
