Pretty Weed

This little plant caught my eye as I walked down the Cleddau this morning. It was covered in these pretty seed heads that reminded me of Christmas decorations or little snowballs. I think it must be a member of the Dandelion family, but with much smaller heads than the common dandelion. The plant itself was a clump of about 10" and it was decorated with all these little seed heads, about 1/2" in size.
