Aerobics over 65's

Nearly at the end of the Masters Games I went to the Aerobics today and felt quiet guilty when i saw what eldely people can do and so many young people won't try
These Ladies are in the 65 plus class!!!! We even had a class sitting down aerobics group from one of theRetirement
Homes here in Timaru good on them I though they were wonderfull
