commuting

Tuesday was a busy day. I cycled to work, ran a cross country club, ran a sports day for 20 children, including a picnic on the grass, football club for the Y3 girls and then cycled home. phew!!

The local dog walkers use the school field as their regular run, which is fine, but some of them also use it as their regular toilet, which is not fine. I cleared up some dog logs before we had our picnic and left the paper bag to mark the spot, so when the children went to play after eating, they would know which area to avoid. Good plan, except one boy didn't listen to me explain this and decided to take a swinging kick at it..... sending the bag... and its contents high into the air. lovely.
