Slow

This was about as good as the weather got today. Although the brisket cooked with onions, rosemary and thyme was rather lovely with the thick northern boy gravy and the home made bread.

On crapper note i have a 'Driver sped awareness course' tomorrow in place of points on my licence... my first offence for over 8 years... I was doing a G force inducing 36 on a 30mph empty road with fields either side.

I had to get a copy of the highway code which took visits to 7 petrol stations to find one! Bloody ridiculous when i could have got along the way a copy of Kubricks The Shining for £5.99, 26 different porn magazines in one shop alone and most bizarrely a digital rectal thermometer.

Now off to swot up before tomorrow.
