Oven fitting - ooops

So, this is part three of the saga with the oven. Following Mrs BH's unfortunate incident with the oven door, a replacement was sought, duly delivered and we waited for the clever fitters to visit to put it in the hole in the kitchen unit. This was done not entirely to our satisfaction - see photo. The fitter screwed his screw a little too close to the side of the not-made-of-solid-wood IKEA unit, and lo, it split.

And today I rang the insurance people to ask them if they wouldn't mind terribly awfully repairing it for us. They asked for a photo, and here it is.

I'm sure this saga will run and run. It's just a shame that the oven itself isn't an Aga, as then I'd have cause to make poorly rhyming puns.
