Friday Afternoons

Dad and the Wicked Step Mother are redecorating her house so that she can sell. It's been rented out for the last couple of years so it's looking a little tatty. It needs a bit of work, so in the normal family tradition I've been roped into helping.

Today was spent wandering around B&Q looking for the right colour of grout and tomorrow will be spent applying the grout to the kitchen floor. Oh joy! There will be painting of woodwork, sanding of walls and I'm sure many many more such lovely things to look forward to!

Found this little purple thing in the B&Q garden. No idea what it is, but I love the colour! I anticipate some kind of DIY blip tomorrow.
