Day 1 - London

We arrived at Heathrow Airport at 9am, boarded the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station and took the tube to our hotel near Hyde Park. We could only check in at 2pm, so we dumped our luggage there and switched over to "tourist mode"!

We walked through Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, checked out Buckingham Palace and went past Westminster, before going back to check in at the hotel.

We were pretty exhausted after the long flight and went to bed early that night... we both slept like logs. (Pretty impressive, considering the fact that it was the fisrt night in a strange bed!)

{I took this picture of Sean at Westminster. What made it cool, was how this black cab came from out of nowhere, swooping past him at the exact moment I took the shot... I quite liked the movement it added to the image:)}
