The sun did finally come out....

... but it was much later in the day. I dragged myself outdoors late this morning with my camera, thinking surely the mist would soon become rain. Despite the chilly wind gray skies, I enjoyed my brief excursion. As it happens, this was the very first shot I took - I came upon a fence overgrown with vegetation, liberally sprinkled with red berries and orange leaves.

The sun finally appeared late this afternoon - it was glorious! I find it amazing what a difference a little sunshine can make in my attitude!
