Calm Down

Had a course today for doing 5 miles over the limit on a deserted country road, after 8 years of a clean license. Fair enough, shouldnt have done it.

So... things I learned today?

"Only a fool breaks the two second rule"

"Slow to Flow"

"Funnel vision not Tunnel Vision"

"The more paint the more restraint"

"Pump up to cut down"

Also, I would add, if you are running a course telling drivers to calm down on the roads dont give them unlimited free coffee for five hours.
