Clipping wings

Caught Scholesy trying to escape up into a very high tree which hangs over from the field into our garden last night. Brought her down with some bread and put her into the hen-house with the others. Probably there had been a problem with who was going to sleep next to who!! So, today I clipped her wings so she wouldn't try to fly up into the tree again!! Such pickles these Hens!!
