Salmon withe dill sauce
Yesterday I saw some gorgeous sockeye salmon at Whole Foods. Naturally, a lovely red filet came home with me. Tonight I slathered it with my special dill sauce (mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, brown sugar and dill) and put it on the grill. On the plate with the salmon where brown rice, sweet corn and baby green beans. Along with a Sauvignon Blanc, eaten outdoors under desert stars, with your beloved wife = perfection.
