Early to bed

Started doing 5.30 am shifts at work a couple of days a week.

They have their plus points. Well, 1 plus point, I'm clear by 2 in the afternoon. But they also have a massive negative, constantly tired no matter what time of day I go to bed.

I tried to get an early night, but I didn't sleep at all. In fact I didn't sleep 2 nights in a row. I've had better experiences than 56 hours without sleep.
