Preparing to leave port

Mum and I took a walk around the local 'lake' (a very large pond). I grinned as I watched this mother duck shepherd her brood in preparation for departure into the larger area of open water. The moved like a small flotilla, all 7 ducklings and Mum.

Sorting, sifting, throwing out, re-storing into new easy to use and access places, listing... That was my day.

It's good to have a few things done and dusted that will make Mum and Dad's lives easier.

Oh, and a rather splendid meal of wild pork, veges and wine.
