I'm glad my husband has a worse hangover than me today and wasn't awake to see this!

Scotrail have a lot to answer for....

Last year they made the neighbouring golf course remove all the fir trees from beside the line 'incase they fell over'! Hmm I hardly think so they been there for over 20 years and lasted thru some major gales! Lovely view of the golf course now, but I betcha the houses get hit more often!

These ones are probably getting removed because of the overhead lines - but trimming would have been an option rather than all our hacking with chainsaw!

I was completely impressed tho at lack of any health and safety..... He was clambering up tree with no support, chainsaw in hand, waving it at branches above his head! Disaster waiting to happen!
