Isle of Arran

As seen from Barassie beach. Right behind me (well across a road) is my primary school. I used to hang out at the beach in summer time with friends. The view as you drive along the shore road is something I loved even as a child. Arran looks stunning on a clear day and even more stunning in Winter, when Goatfell is topped with snow.

A view I took for granted. A beach I took for granted till I moved to Aberdeen (cue a view to nothing and groynes meaning you can't walk right along the sand) Going there today to take this shot was very strange indeed memory wise.
