Mosaic graffiti

I've been passing this wall in Farringdon every day for almost a year and have only noticed this mosaic graffiti today. I remember hearing about this artist in the Banksy movie 'Exit through the giftshop' but that was mix of spoof and reality so not sure what to make of it:)
