Energy Burst!

Making some homemade energy bars!
I really wish Japan had 'easy to find' ingredients... or maybe just some that I could read. It's so much fun to be at home with my family cooking and baking in a proper kitchen... not to mention having access to ANY INGREDIENT YOU NEED!!! So many tasty options. I think I should start an import/export business.... I could make a fortune.
