MAY DAY! MAY DAY! PANIC! SOS!
Update: It was a corrupted memory card. Suggestions that I pour whisky into the camera didn't work. Have added sun down, a quick test shot.
"Unreadable files. The following files could not be imported. The file is in an unrecognizable format."
In the darkness before dawn, and in the rain, this glass of water on the bedside table looked very appealing. A couple of shots ought to do it. Thirty pics later, a change of background, and I hated them all, including this one.
The rain stopped, the sun came out and I became transfixed with the slightly steaming roof tiles on the porch. There was an olive branch drooping down, lots of lichen, fallen olive leaves. Just the ticket.
When I tried to import the pics I got the above message. I tried importing the pics to the laptop. Same message. Porca miseria! I had done nothing to the camera between the water pics and the roof pics. I recharged the battery, although it was charged. I deleted the pics and shot new ones. Same message.
I feel sick. Does anybody know what I should do? I had no idea I had become so camera dependent.
Sun down.
