choices

Decisions weigh heavy on those that I love.
I understand the weight of having a choice, but having a choice is a gift.
And we always have a choice, one way or another.
We are never stuck unless we allow ourselves to be.
There is always an answer, always a way.
Maybe we don't like any of the choices, but they are still ours to make.
It's a balance of listening to the heart and using our god-given intelligence.
My bestie always says, "Make an informed decision."
That's the best practice, really. x
