What ARE They Saying?

For this shot, I asked all the people in the restaurant to move while I took this picture of this couple as silhouettes - just kidding. I was facing the opposite direction taking some pictures of the staff in the open kitchen when Gina suggested I turn around and get the silhouettes in the shade. It was early, and there was just a few people scattered around the room. Would you like to know what they are saying?
