"It's not the Green, it's the WHITE!!"

Son One's school stands beside the village green. We'd just been discussing what it'd look like this morning, because everything was so frosted and beautiful (and so incredibly COLD!) when we rounded the corner and saw it - that ^^^ was his comment!

Hope it's thawed out in time for football this afternoon!

NB - the photo is a cheat. I didn't have the camera with me on the school run, so I took this in the garden when we got back. I also tried some arty farty shots of the frost on the cars, but they didn't turn out how I wanted. I'll have to try again tomorrow now because the inconsiderate sun has come out and melted my subject!
