Raining ..... Leaves

Took this photo whilst out with the Hound and TT. Last nights very heavy frost (-4 degrees), killed most the green leaves left on the trees and today they were falling of the trees like rain. The tree at the end of our front garden shed ALL its leaves within about 30 mins.

The leaves were carpeting the ground everywhere. Will make for some good leaf kicking over the next few days.

Had another tough session first thing in the gym with Tommy. Started a new schedule (it still included pull ups which I am making very little progress on; and press-ups.).

Meant to be working from home today, but the complete phone system died on us, so had to go in and sort. We are having a new system installed in 2 weeks, have had to set up an interim divert to mobile phones .... for once BT have been quite helpful!
