Give Blood

I hadn't planned to give blood I just found myself walking into the place and simply said I'd like to donate my blood.

From start to finish it took about 40 minutes, the actual blood giving only took around 8 minutes!

Personally, I think giving blood is an amazing thing to do. You never know when someone will need it, for example during life saving surgery or a blood transfusion for rare diseases. Every bit helps.

So I'd urge you if you think about why don't you just do it...it's a simple and quick process which helps others.
