Found these two cheary chaps in the ops room today. Day in day out, 12 hrs a day, days and nights, Andy, Phil and Howard keep the ship afloat. Without these guys doing what they do, we'd all be in a whole lot of trouble...

...and believe it or not, they really are as happy as they look.
