First frost

Went out earlyish, with frost still on the ground, down to The Cauldron by the Water of Leith. Looked for some interesting frosting on the vegetation. Took several pictures as the joggers, the dog-walkers, the cyclists and the people-on-the-way-to-work-by-a-more-attractive-route all passed by. As the sun came up over the trees I took some pictures down by the water. A spotted a kingfisher as it flew past, briefly stopping on a branch before flying on again.
