The other side of the mountain

We look at Le Salève, every day as we go about the business of daily life; we drive around it on the autoroute; we have taken the ride on the cable car to the top and watched the parasails float across the spectacular view... but until today we'd never really seen the other side of that particular mountain.

It was a lovely day for a ride, perfectly chilly and wonderfully sunny.
