Big Dug

Another statue. But when I saw this big fella lying on his bed of leaves I knew he would have to be my Blip today. He is Bum, San Diego's vagabond dog. San Diego is twinned with Edinburgh and the cities gifted each other a statue of their famous dog. So now Bum lies just inside the gates of the King's Stables Road entrance to the Princes Street Gardens and Greyfriars Bobby is somewhere in San Diego.

There are many statues throughout Edinburgh to the great and the good but here are some that are just a little different.
